Job Summary: House of Sunny is seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Assistant to support the smooth execution of our production processes. This role involves coordinating packaging, trims, and samples, as well as managing essential production-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Packaging and Trim Management

  • Place and track orders for packaging, labels, and trims to meet production schedules.
  • Ensure all trims and packaging materials meet brand standards and quality requirements.

2. Pre-Pack Organization

  • Assist in the planning and organization of pre-packs to ensure efficient workflow and accurate deliveries.

3. Sample Management

  • Coordinate social and retail sample requests, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of all production samples.
  • Monitor and manage sample movements, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

4. Barcode Management

  • Generate and manage barcodes for all products, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product specifications.

5. Returns Reporting and Monitoring

  • Monitor and log product returns, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular return reports for review by the production team.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience in a production or fashion-related role is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with inventory management and tracking systems.
  • Basic understanding of garment trims and packaging processes.

Job Summary: House of Sunny is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support the growth and optimization of our online store. This role is central to ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience and driving e-commerce performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, analytics, and digital marketing,  awareness in coding with a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Maintenance

  • Maintain and update the e-commerce website, ensuring accurate product listings and pricing.
  • Upload new products, manage inventory levels, and monitor stock availability.
  • Ensure website functionality and user experience meet brand standards.

2. Order Management

  • Oversee the order processing workflow, from placement to fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and ensure clear delivery windows are communicated and up to date on all product pages.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to e-commerce, providing prompt and professional responses. 

3. Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist with alignment on the website with e-commerce marketing campaigns, including email marketing and promotions, working with the marketing team to optimize product visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor performance of digital advertising efforts, including Google and social media ads and report findings back to the Marketing team weekly.

4. Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and website traffic.
  • Use analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.Understanding of online merchandising and customer journey optimisation.
  • Basic understanding of coding

This candidate needs to have strong communication skills, organisation skills and want to learn more about wholesale within the fashion industry and selling to our global retail partners.
