EXCHANGING OR RETURNING?


If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. To request an exchange or return, please visit our returns portal here.
 

Items must be in a saleable condition and returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. All products must have their original swing tags attached and be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be accepted.

Once your return is received:
 Exchanges will be dispatched the following working day.
 Refunds will be processed within 14 working days and credited to your original payment method.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene sticker is intact, unless the item is faulty.
