E-COMMERCE & DIGITAL MARKETING EXEC:
Full Time, Monday - Friday 9am 6pm with 1 hour lunch break
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This candidate will be solely responsible for keeping marketing campaign assets up to date on the ecommerce platform, Shopify. Utilising apps and the platforms AI assets to make sure the website is optimizing conversions at all times.
This candidate will also use their initiative to propose innovative ways to improve already existing protocols to increase current stats.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Editing and preparing e-com products (including imagery, pricing, description, categories and pre-orders) for each drop.
- Weekly check and report on website performance ensuring the platform and apps work and runs smoothly at all times.
- Action discounts and promotions in line with the marketing calendar making sure all promotional site banners are inline.
- Design and prepare all website banners and images in line with the marketing calendar.
- Report on website analytics on a weekly and monthly basis, highlighting key metrics.
- Communicate with the production team to ensure that the colours, details, and timings are accurate for each product listed on the website.
- Create an EDM strategy, focusing on segmentation with the aim to convert.
- Create EDMs per week in line with the marketing calendar and strategy..
- Report on EDM marketing on a weekly and monthly basis, highlighting key metrics.
- Create and maintain e-commerce flows + loyalty program to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Improving product findability through site-merchandising and keywords utilising a third party app.
- Adhoc support for the wider marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary: House of Sunny is seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Assistant to support the smooth execution of our production processes. This role involves coordinating packaging, trims, and samples, as well as managing essential production-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Packaging and Trim Management
- Place and track orders for packaging, labels, and trims to meet production schedules.
- Ensure all trims and packaging materials meet brand standards and quality requirements.
2. Pre-Pack Organization
- Assist in the planning and organization of pre-packs to ensure efficient workflow and accurate deliveries.
3. Sample Management
- Coordinate social and retail sample requests, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain an organized inventory of all production samples.
- Monitor and manage sample movements, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
4. Barcode Management
- Generate and manage barcodes for all products, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product specifications.
5. Returns Reporting and Monitoring
- Monitor and log product returns, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular return reports for review by the production team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience in a production or fashion-related role is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with inventory management and tracking systems.
- Basic understanding of garment trims and packaging processes.
